Job summary

Planet Fitness in West St Paul, MN is seeking a front desk team member to drive new member sales and ensure a positive member experience. This on-site role involves greeting guests, signing up members, tours, and assisting with account changes during the night shift.

You will maintain a clean club environment, handle front desk tasks, answer information calls, and work with the Club Manager to resolve service issues. Basic computer skills and strong customer service are required.

Job Summary

• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club

Shift Expectations (4 8 hour shifts)

• 1 hour (minimum): Deep cleaning


• 1 hour (minimum): Continued Training

Physical Demands

• Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
