Job summary

Planet Fitness in Shakopee, MN is seeking a Front Desk Member Services Associate to support new member sign-ups and deliver a positive member experience.

You will greet guests, handle front desk tasks, give tours, sign up new members, assist with account changes, and help resolve member questions; you will also keep the club clean and welcoming.

Shifts include night hours and a mix of full-time/part-time, with standing and light lifting required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience
• Handle all front desk related tasks: info calls, checking members in, signing up new members, taking potential members on tours, making any necessary changes to a member’s account
• Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Assistant Manager as needed
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club

Shift Expectations (4 8‑hour shifts)

• 1 hour (minimum): Deep cleaning
• 1 hour (minimum): Continued Training
