Job summary

Pike Electric, LLC is seeking a safety‑driven Foreman to lead a crew in constructing and repairing overhead distribution systems. You will work on energized and de‑energized lines, travel to various job sites, and report to the General Foreman. Strong safety and leadership are essential.

The role requires five years of overhead line experience, a CDL, and willingness to travel. Expect outdoor work in diverse conditions and on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of overhead line experience required.
• Proficient in basic computer operations, including Microsoft Word.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Ability to work outdoors in varied conditions and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility for extended out-of-state assignments and on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew to construct and repair overhead distribution systems.
• Perform safety briefings and ensure adherence to PPE protocols.
• Manage project quality and deadlines on assigned outages and repairs.
• Operate bucket trucks, derricks and other equipment safely.
• Coordinate live-line work using gloving and hot-stick techniques.
