Job summary

Pike Electric, LLC is seeking a Foreman to lead a crew in constructing and repairing electrical overhead distribution systems. The role involves working on energized and de-energized lines and may require travel to different job sites, including out-of-state locations, as operational needs dictate.

You will report to the General Foreman and supervise safety briefings, ensure quality, and manage timelines. This position emphasizes safety, hands-on leadership, and field operations across varied

Qualifications

• Five+ years of overhead line experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and MS Office.
• Valid CDL.
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work outside normal hours, including weekends, holidays and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew and conduct pre-job safety briefings.
• Install and repair overhead power lines, poles, insulators and hardware.
• Perform live-line work using gloves and hot-stick techniques.
• Oversee project quality and completion deadlines.
• Operate bucket trucks and other overhead line equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and PPE requirements.
