Pike Electric, LLC is seeking a Foreman to lead a crew in constructing and repairing overhead distribution systems, on energized and de-energized lines. Travel to various job sites, including out-of-state locations, as demands require.

Reports to the General Foreman and ensures safety and quality on each project. Requirements include five years of overhead line experience, a valid CDL, and willingness to travel and work extended hours.

Qualifikationen

• Five years of overhead line experience.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work outside normal hours, including weekends and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Lead crew on installing, maintaining and repairing overhead distribution lines, prioritizing safety.
• Conduct pre-job and tailgate safety briefings with the team.
• Coach and train junior crew members in safe work procedures.
• Oversee project quality and schedule, ensuring timely completion.
