ABC Supply in Beloit, WI is seeking an Overhead Payables Specialist to support ACH supplier verification, rejection resolution, and reconciliation for national accounts. The role requires meticulous accounting and coordination across branches and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Assist overhead payables with ACH supplier verification and rejection resolution.
• Maintain ACH NOC reports and reconcile statements monthly.
• Communicate with suppliers and national accounts to resolve invoicing issues.
• Back up overhead support and inquiries as needed.
• Liaise between branches and vendors to ensure billing accuracy.
