ABC Supply is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to help customers select roofing, siding and window products for their projects. You will determine needs, follow checklists, and upsell additional items while handling orders and payments.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in roofing, siding, and windows preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Follow a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and upsell items.
• Answer phones and enter sales orders.
• Accept payment and apply it to the customer account.
• Coordinate customer pickups with the warehouse.
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure on-time arrival and complete orders.
• Reorder products to keep shelves stocked.
• Address and resolve service concerns as they arise.
