ABC Supply is seeking a Lien Service Analyst in Beloit, Wisconsin to support lien waiver requests, mechanic lien filings, and related payments processing. The role requires attention to detail and collaboration with field management and lien vendors.

Candidates should hold a high school diploma and have at least one year of mechanic lien experience. Notary or willingness to become one, plus strong communication and proficiency with Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, AS400, ServiceNow,

Responsibilities

• Research lien waiver requests.
• Process mechanic lien paperwork on state websites.
• Requests on customer portals and bank vouchers.
• Answer the department phone and handle document scans/uploads.
• Attend review meetings, trainings, and cooperate with CFS team.
