Job summary

Pike Electric, LLC is seeking a safety‑conscious Class B Lineman to construct and repair overhead distribution systems. You will work on energized and de‑energized lines, travel to multiple job sites, and report to the Foreman.

The role requires crawl to climb lines, operate bucket trucks and stay available for outages, storms and on‑call work. Candidates should have CDL and 3+ years of overhead line experience, with willingness to work extended hours.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of overhead line experience.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Lift, carry or pull materials up to 50 pounds.
• Work extended hours including weekends, holidays, emergencies, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform new construction, maintenance and repair of energized and de-energized overhead distribution systems.
• Install and repair overhead power lines, poles, insulators, conductors and related hardware.
• Follow switching and tagging procedures and use proper test equipment.
• Climb structures using approved methods and equipment.
• Operate and maintain bucket trucks and other overhead line equipment.
• Work outdoors in varying environmental conditions and respond to outages and emergencies.
