Pike Electric LLC is seeking a Class A Lineman to construct and repair overhead distribution systems, work on energized lines, and travel to varied job sites as needed. You will report to the Foreman and lead crew members when required, focusing on safety and efficiency.

The role includes training apprentices, performing live-line work, and maintaining equipment like bucket trucks and digger derricks. You will work outdoors in diverse conditions, with on-call rotations and overtime as necessary.

Qualifications

• Five years of recent overhead line experience.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Ability to work at heights and in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Construct and repair overhead distribution systems.
• Lead crew members in absence of Foreman and conduct safety briefings.
• Train and mentor apprentices and groundmen.
• Install and repair overhead power lines, poles and hardware.
• Perform live-line work using gloving and hot-stick techniques.
