Job summary

Pike Electric LLC is seeking a Class A Lineman to construct and repair overhead distribution systems. You will work on energized and de-energized lines, travel to job sites, and report to the Foreman.

The role emphasizes safety, leadership, and hands-on wiring, with opportunities to mentor apprentices and crew members. You must be able to work outdoors in all weather, and be willing to travel and work overtime or on-call as needed.

Qualifications

• Five years of overhead line experience.
• Valid CDL.
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Construct and repair overhead distribution systems.
• Perform live-line work using gloving and hot-stick techniques.
• Lead crew members in the absence of the Employee in Charge.
• Train and mentor apprentices and groundmen.
• Work outages, storms, emergencies including on-call.
