This role requires 5 years of field experience, English fluency, CDL permit within 60 days, and willingness to work outdoors in all weather, including overtime.

You will climb structures, install transformers and manage live circuits as part of the crew while maintaining a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 5-year minimum of recent field experience.
• Able to obtain a Commercial Driver's License permit within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Work safely while performing new construction, maintenance or repair of overhead distribution.
• Strings overhead wire.
• Sets poles and anchors.
• Installs transformers, insulators, switches and switchgear.
• Troubleshoots in primary and secondary systems.
