Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
• Class A CDL is required.

Responsibilities

• Obtain materials and ensure permits are in place.
• Oversee project quality and timeliness.
• Enforce safety standards per MasTec or customer requirements.
• Lead toolbox talks and safety inspections.
• Train new hires and supervise daily crew tasks.
• Perform aerial tasks and hardware installation on poles.
