Job summary

The role requires experience in field construction, CDL and a strong emphasis on safety and compliance with company and customer standards. The Foreman will supervise crews, handle material logistics, and perform aerial tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 years of experience in related field.
• 2 years of supervisory experience expected.
• Class A CDL is required.

Responsibilities

• Obtain all necessary materials, permits and licenses.
• Oversee project work and ensure quality and timeliness.
• Adhere to MasTec safety standards and procedures.
• Lead daily toolbox talks and safety inspections.
