• Willingness to travel and overtime including storm work.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily crew briefings and ensure crew readiness.
• Supervise installation, maintenance and repair of overhead lines and equipment.
• Ensure safety standards and enforce procedures.
• Coordinate with customers and field management.
• Prepare job safety analyses and material planning.
• Respond to work orders and manage on-call duties.
