Job summary

5 Star Electric, LLC (5 Star) seeks an Overhead Distribution Foreman to supervise fiber, electrical line work, and related equipment in Western Kentucky and Dallas/Fort Worth. The role requires leading crews, enforcing safety standards, and coordinating daily operations on de-energized lines.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, 3–4 years of field experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain a Class A CDL.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Three to Four (3-4) years of experience in relevant field.
• Must possess a valid State Driver's License and be willing to obtain a Class A CDL.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily briefings and ensure crew readiness for hazards.
• Ensure safety and supervision of crews performing underground/overhead distribution work.
• Coordinate material, equipment, and manpower; enforce safety and quality standards.
• Read and record data from meters and related equipment; operate service trucks as needed.
• Travel as required; work overtime and storm assignments.
