Job summary

MasTec Utility Services is seeking an OHE Foreman to lead the crew in placing overhead electrical cables and ensuring safety on each project. You will monitor hours, conduct daily and weekly safety briefings, and coordinate with multiple departments to meet customer needs.

The role requires strong leadership, field experience, and a commitment to quality and compliance with MasTec safety standards. Physical demands include climbing poles and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 years of experience.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Class A CDL required.

Responsibilities

• Obtain all necessary materials and ensure permits/licenses.
• Oversee work on each project and ensure quality and timeliness.
• Comply with safety standards and procedures.
• Facilitate daily toolbox talks and weekly safety inspections.
• Train new hires and trainees to learn the trade.
