Job summary

Pike Electric, LLC is seeking a Groundman to join its outdoor team focused on constructing and maintaining overhead electrical distribution systems. You will assist with building, repairing and maintaining lines and equipment under the Foreman's supervision.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to travel long distances on short notice, and a valid driver's license with the potential to obtain a CDL within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required; CDL within 60 days
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice
• Must lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Able to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Assist in building, repairing and maintaining overhead distribution systems
• Help install and repair power lines, poles and hardware
• Maintain vehicles, equipment and tools
• Work outdoors in varied conditions and participate in on-call rotations
