Job summary

Pike Electric, LLC is seeking a Groundman who will support the construction and maintenance of overhead electrical distribution systems. You will assist the crew, work under the Foreman, and contribute to safe, reliable power delivery.

This entry-level role requires physical stamina, a valid driver's license with a CDL obtainable within 60 days, and willingness to work outdoors, outages, and overtime, including weekends or holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and ability to obtain a CDL within 60 days.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building, repairing, and maintaining overhead electrical distribution systems under the Foreman.
• Perform new construction and maintenance with safety as a priority.
• Inspect PPE and adhere to safety protocols, including PPE use and insulated protective equipment.
