Job summary

Konecranes is seeking an Industrial Technician in the United States to service overhead cranes and hoists at customer sites. You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, perform inspections and repairs, and coordinate with customers and facility directors to meet service needs across the United States.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year of experience in electrical troubleshooting; crane experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum one year experience with electrical troubleshooting and mechanical repair.
• Experience with cranes is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair electric overhead traveling cranes and hoists at customer locations.
• Provide on-call service as part of a rotation, including after-hours support.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, structural, and electronic issues on-site.
• Produce service reports and provide documentation with customer signatures.
• Train and advise customers on safety and improvements for material handling.
