Job summary

Estes Express Lines is seeking Line Haul Extraboard Drivers to transport freight between Estes service centers. The role focuses on safety, compliance with FMCSA regulations, and customer service while operating a tractor-trailer across various terrains.

Drivers are expected to be away from home for multi-day trips, with company-provided uniforms, lodging, and reimbursements. Training and advancement opportunities are available within Estes’ network.

Qualifications

• Requires Class A CDL and HazMat/Tanker endorsements (LCV where applicable).
• Meets FMCSA requirements and can drive tractor-trailer in diverse terrains.
• Pass FMCSA medical exam and road test; authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate tractor/trailer to transport freight in compliance with FMCSA and company policies.
• Maintain required records and comply with safety regulations.
• Performs pre-trip and post-trip inspections; reports maintenance issues.
• Operate in-cab technology and electronic logs as required.
• Provide professional customer service and maintain security of cargo.
