Job summary

Estes-Express-Lines is seeking Line Haul Extraboard Drivers to move freight between Estes Service Centers. This role requires operating tractors and trailers under FMCSA regulations, completing inspections, and maintaining compliant records while providing professional service daily.

Drivers are typically away from home for about 5 days, with company-provided uniforms, lodging, and reimbursements as part of benefits. Applicants must meet FMCSA requirements and hold a valid Class A CDL.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent background.
• 21 years of age and1 year driving experience.
• Must possess a valid Class A CDL.
• Must be registered with the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.
• Must reside within 75 miles of the domiciled Service Center and/or work assignment.
• HazMat, Tanker and Doubles endorsements required.

Responsibilities

• Operate all types of equipment to perform safety functions (manual transmission, etc.).
• Safely operate a tractor/trailer in compliance with FMCSA regulations.
• Maintain records to meet local, state and federal rules.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections for safety.
• Provide professional service to customers and the public.
