Job summary

Estes Express Lines is seeking Line Haul Extraboard Drivers for over-the-road transport within its network. This position requires maintaining compliance with FMCSA regulations, performing safety inspections, and providing courteous customer service. Candidates should possess a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years of age, and have related experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age and have at least 1 year of driving experience.
• Must be registered with the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.
• Must pass a FMCSA-required medical exam and road test.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor/trailer to transport freight.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Comply with FMCSA and company safety regulations.

Skills

Driving experience

HazMat, Tanker, and Doubles endorsements

Ability to lift 70 lbs.

Knowledge of FMCSA rules

Stable employment history

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License
