Job summary

Estes-Express-Lines is seeking Line Haul Extraboard Drivers to travel between Estes Service Centers, typically staying out for about 5 days. The role emphasizes safety, compliance with FMCSA rules, and professional customer service.

Drivers may use in-cab technology and operate various equipment in diverse terrains. Applicants must have a Class A CDL, HazMat endorsement, and FMCSA Clearinghouse registration, with the ability to pass medical and road tests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
• Must have a valid Class A CDL
• HazMat endorsement required (and Tanker/Doubles endorsements may apply)
• Must be registered with FMCSA Clearinghouse
• Must meet FMCSA medical and road test requirements

Responsibilities

• Operate all types of equipment to perform safety functions.
• Drive tractor/trailer per FMCSA regulations and company policies.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and Federal laws.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections for safety.
• Provide professional service to customers and the public.
• Regular attendance and the ability to work varied schedules.
