Job summary

Estes Express Lines in Des Moines is seeking Line Haul Extraboard Drivers to move freight between Estes Service Centers. You will operate tractors/trailers, comply with FMCSA rules, perform pre-trip inspections, and ensure safety and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Must meet FMCSA regulations and safe driving practices.
• Valid Class A CDL with HazMat and Tanker endorsements.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Reside within 75 miles of the Service Center or work assignment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor/trailer to transport freight per FMCSA rules.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain records.
• Comply with safety, chain of custody, and security procedures.
• Use in-cab technology and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Provide professional service to customers and teammates.
