FedEx Freight, Inc. is seeking a professional CDL-A tractor-trailer driver to pick up and deliver trailers between service centers and turn-point locations. You will operate long-haul combinations, perform pre-trip inspections, and maintain accurate logs.

Responsibilities include hitching/unhitching, documenting shipments, complying with hazmat rules, and following dispatch instructions. Overnight stays may be required on certain schedules; starting pay rates are posted.

Qualifications

• Must possess a class A CDL with double/triple, hazardous materials and tank endorsements.
• 1 year experience within the last 3 years or successful completion of FedEx Freight Driver Development Course.
• Must have acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) based on hiring standards.
• Must meet DOT regulatory requirements under FMC regulations 391.
• LCV experience in listed states and qualification standards.

Responsabilités

• Operate tractor-trailer, including doubles/triples where applicable.
• Perform daily pre-trip and safety inspections.
• Hook/unhook trailers and converter dollies.
• Verify and complete required documentation and logs.
