Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Must be 21+ years old with 1 year driving experience.
• Valid Class A CDL and FMCSA Clearinghouse registration.
• Must reside within 75 miles of domiciled Service Center.
• HazMat, Tanker and Doubles endorsements required.

Responsibilities

• Operate all types of equipment to perform safety functions and drive tractor/trailer to transport freight in compliance with FMCSA regulations.
• Maintain records per local, state, and federal regulations and safe transportation of hazardous materials.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report maintenance issues promptly.
• Assist with dock work including loading/unloading freight as needed.
• Provide professional service to customers and operate in various environments and schedules as required.
