Estes-Express-Lines is seeking a professional CDL-A driver to transport freight nationwide, adhering to FMCSA regulations and safety standards. The role requires pre/post-trip inspections, proper record keeping, and hazard materials handling where applicable.

You will operate tractor/trailers across diverse terrain, interact with customers, and work to meet delivery schedules while maintaining compliance with local, state and federal laws.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent background.
• 21 years of age or older per FMCSA regulations.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse registration.
• Residence within 75 miles of the domicile center or assignment.
• Hazmat, Tanker and Doubles endorsements required.

Responsabilités

• Operate tractor/trailer to transport freight in compliance with FMCSA and laws.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Maintain required records for compliance.
• Handle hazardous materials safely and securely.
• Provide professional service to customers and the public.
• May perform dock work, loading/unloading freight as needed.
• Adhere to schedules and safety requirements in varying environments.
