Job summary

New Era Cap, LLC is seeking an Oven Operator for a full-time, on-site role in Opa-Locka, FL. The position involves receiving garments from the oven, performing quality checks, and ensuring accurate order counts.

The job requires standing for an 8-hour shift, lifting up to 30 lbs, and collaborating with the machine operator to maintain production flow. Responsibilities include verifying design and color, inspecting printed garments, and ensuring accurate quantity by size.

• Maintain and clean the oven and related equipment.
• Assist the machine operator with other duties and keep supplies organized.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
