Job summary

HW Staffing co is seeking Oven Operators to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in East Providence, RI. This full-time role offers 12-hour rotating shifts (4 on/4 off) with day or night options and no prior experience required—training provided.

You'll safely operate ovens and equipment, follow set instructions, inspect products, document information, and help maintain a clean, safe work area. Physical tasks and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• No previous manufacturing experience required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Dependable with strong attention to safety and quality.
• Comfortable working 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable bending, reaching, climbing stairs, and performing physical tasks.
• Ability to follow written instructions and work well with a team.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heat-treatment ovens and production equipment.
• Follow work instructions for temperature, speed, and equipment settings.
• Visually inspect products and identify quality issues.
• Load, unload, label, and document finished materials.
• Record production and quality information accurately.
• Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
• Handle materials and dispose of waste according to procedures.
• Communicate equipment or production issues to the Shift Leader.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
