Job summary

Qualifications

• Three months experience operating the Oven in Manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures in English.
• Ability to perform basic math and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Operate oven and depanning equipment to meet product specs.
• Set oven controls to specified temperature and bake times.
• Adjust controls to maintain product specs and monitor oven profile temperatures during production gaps.
• Notify plant supervisor if product is out of specification.
• Maintain QA logs and report equipment problems to supervisor/maintenance.
• Clean work area and tools; assist in training new employees.
• Maintain high sanitation and GMPs; promote safety and report accidents.
• Complete tasks and projects as needed by the company.
