Wolverine Industries is hiring for 12-hour continental shifts (6 a.m.–6 p.m.) with competitive pay and benefits. The role includes lifting, loading, and moving materials on the production floor in Decatur, Alabama. You must be able to work nights/weekends and obtain required certifications. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift and crane certifications possible; prior forklift/side loader helpful.
• Manufacturing experience preferred in industrial production.
• Available for night shifts, weekends, with overtime.
• Able to read and understand production documents and safety manuals.
• Basic math, reading and writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Staging prepack material in packing queue to align with shipment schedule.
• Move bundles from packing line to shipping area.
• Move full racks from finish saws to pre-age queue area.
• Replace full racks with empty racks.
• Load finished goods onto trailers and assist driver with loads.
• Unload deliveries and supplies as needed; manage logs.
