Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to obtain forklift/crane certifications.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Available for night shifts and weekends.
• Able to read production documents and safety manuals.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Pack finished goods to customer specifications.
• Inspect materials for quality and packaging standards.
• Cross-train in other departments.
• Pack materials from racks and verify counts.
• Operate and maintain packing machinery.
• Report equipment issues to management.
• Maintain clean, organized workspace and stock packing supplies.
• Work with production team to meet quotas and goals.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
