Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Manufacturing experience in industrial production preferred.
• Ability to read production documents and safety manuals.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to follow safety guidelines.
• Team player and ability to attend safety and production trainings.

Responsibilities

• Place aluminum into age racks, following proper nesting specs and verify piece counts.
• Inspect material for cut length and other potential defects when racking.
• Ability to cross train in other positions in the department.
• Keep workspace organized and clean, contributing to continuous improvements.
• Ensure that production requirements and standards are met or exceeded daily.
• Operate machinery correctly and maintain it with care.
• Report any machinery issues to management.
• Other duties as assigned.
