Job summary

Applicants should be able to stand/walk for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and push/pull up to 300 pounds with assistance. Excellent communication and required licenses/certifications are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift.
• Must have a working knowledge of chemicals and processes used in kitchen cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble and clean ovens, stoves, grills, and deep fat fryers; reassemble when cleaning is concluded.
• Strain and refill grease in fryers as needed.
