Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods during shift
• Working knowledge of cleaning chemicals and processes used
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 300 pounds with a cart or flatbed
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to obtain/maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications

Responsibilities

• Disassemble and clean ovens, stoves, grills, and deep fat fryers, and reassemble after cleaning
• Strain and refill grease in fryers as needed
• Wipe, clean, and polish stoves, hoods, and stove vents
