Job summary

Fremont Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, NV seeks a hardworking kitchen utility to disassemble and clean ovens, stoves, grills, and fryers, then reassemble after cleaning. You will strain and refill fryer grease and keep stoves, hoods, and vents spotless.

The role requires standing most of the shift, lifting up to 50 pounds and pushing/pulling heavy loads with a cart. Excellent communication and ability to obtain necessary licenses are essential.

• Strain and refill grease in fryers as needed.
• Wipe, clean, and polish all stoves, hoods, and stove vents.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk for majority of shift.
• Must have a working knowledge of all chemical and processes used.
• Must be able to maneuver approximately 50 pounds and push or pull loads up to 300 pounds with the assistance of a cart or flatbed truck regularly through a shift.
• Must be able to lift, bend, kneel, stoop, scrape, grasp, reach, etc. repeatedly throughout shift.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications
