Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a reliable kitchen porter to train and supervise kitchen helpers across all dishwashing operations, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards are met. The role covers assisting with workflow and safety in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will monitor equipment, coordinate breaks, and help manage inventory of chemicals and cleaning supplies, supporting the kitchen team to deliver quality service.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for duration of shift.
• Must be knowledgeable about proper chemicals and techniques used in the course of job duties.
• Must be able to maneuver up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
