Qualifications

• 2-year degree preferred or 2 years experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience with ADP software platforms desirable.
• Working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; professionally communicates with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and consulting to payroll clients under supervision of Payroll Supervisor; manage client relationships independently when possible.
• Ensure payroll information is accurate in client systems and resolve discrepancies.
• Process payrolls timely to meet deadlines; update records; review taxes and withholdings; reconcile deposits.
• Establish strong client relationships by consulting on payroll matters and maintaining confidentiality.
• Assist implementation team; train clients on payroll processes as needed.
• Support new hires and share knowledge to improve team capabilities and product knowledge.
