Responsibilities include tax information procurement from agencies, monitoring performance, preparing reports for lenders, and leading quality controls.

The role also supports training and cross-training, and may assume the supervisor role in their absence.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and plan daily task workflow with supervision.
• Prepare production and statistical reports for lenders and management.
• Monitor status of work assignments and identify efficiency improvements.
• Respond to mortgage lenders and taxing agencies with clear communication.
• Assist supervisor and lead in training, evaluations, and policy rollout.
• Assume supervisor duties in their absence.
