Job summary

lululemon is seeking a logistics leader to support the Outbound Logistics Management team, delivering robust solutions and cost-efficient flows across retail, online guests, and partners.

You will analyze KPI trends, manage a team of logistics specialists, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement SOPs and improve service levels. Authorization to work in the USA is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics and supply chain field with truck, air, and ocean procedures knowledge.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading a team.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills with curiosity and drive.
• Proven work ethic with desire to excel.

Responsibilities

• Support Outbound Logistics Management in developing and delivering robust logistics solutions.
• Identify improvement initiatives to resolve issues, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
• Lead selected projects to successful implementation, on time and cost-effectively.
• Oversee flow of product for multiple channels (retail, omni, wholesale, freight).
• Develop and support a team of logistics specialists.
• Engage with stores and leadership; collaborate cross-functionally on SOPs and training.
