Responsibilities

• Procures tax information from tax agencies via phone, email, and fax.
• Interprets tax data and identifies payment statuses for taxes.
• Monitors status of work assignments and reports to leadership.
• Prepares production/statistical reports for lenders and supervisors.
• Notifies leadership when overtime or assistance is needed.
• Responds to mortgage lenders and taxing agencies with prompt, accurate communication.
• Applies new or modified policies to ensure team standards are met.
• Manages daily team statistics and reports for lenders and management.
• Encourages cross-training and process improvements.
• Assists supervisor with employee evaluations statistics.
• Assists supervisor with quality control and monthly updates.
• Assumes supervisor's role in their absence.
