Job summary

LERETA, LLC is seeking an Outsource Task Lead to assist the Supervisor in planning daily workflow of the Outsource Task Team, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Responsibilities include tax information procurement from agencies, monitoring performance, preparing reports for lenders, and leading quality controls.

The role also supports training and cross-training, and may assume the supervisor role in their absence.

Job description

The Outsource Task Lead assists the Supervisor in planning and directing the daily workflow within the Outsource Task Team. The role ensures successful operations in accordance with the company's objectives while providing training, feedback, and support for the development of employee's skills and achievements.

Tax Procurement

• Procures tax information from tax agencies. Tax amount data procurement method consists of telephone, e-mail, and fax communication to taxing agency jurisdictions
• Interprets tax amount data and statuses per property taxes received from taxing agency jurisdictions and effectively identify tax status for payment processing

Workflow Management

• Monitors, reports, and communicates status of work assignments and statistics to Team Lead/Supervisor while identifying any opportunity to increase efficiency processing research tasks
• Prepares production/statistical reports to mortgage lenders and direct supervisors
• Notifies leadership when overtime or assistance is needed

Customer Service

• Responds to mortgage lenders and taxing agency jurisdictions by utilizing effective verbal and written communication in a prompt and accurate manner

Quality Control

• Applies and supports the implementation of new or modified policy and procedures as instructed to ensure Task Research Team standards are met
• Prepares production/statistical reports as applicable

Lead Responsibilities

• Manages the gathering and recording the Teams daily statistics and accurately prepare reports for lenders and Management
• Manages and controls assigned special projects in accordance with the Business Partner requirements
• Motivates Team and participates in cross training personnel
• Encourages and supports employee suggestions for work improvements
• Processes LERETA Tasks Research Outsource functions
• Assists team with decision making issues related to liability and processing concerns
• Communicates status of assignments and effectively communicates suggestions for improving the department's performance to the appropriate supervisor or manager
• Assists and support the implementation of new policy and procedures and serve as a role model
• Assists supervisor in gathering stats for Employee Evaluations & One on One's
• Assists supervisor with Quality Control, Team Production Tracking and monthly updates to the team
• Assumes the supervisor's role in his/her absence

This position will perform other duties as assigned based on the needs of the department.

Salary range: $20.73 - $25.91
