Job summary

Lereta Llc seeks an Outsource Delinquency Processor III to research delinquencies, manage tax data, and support supervisor-led initiatives. You'll handle tax procurement, workflow tracking, and customer communications to lenders, while maintaining SLA adherence and quality standards.

Responsibilities include training teammates, producing production reports, and complying with policy changes. This role requires proficiency in Excel/Word/Access and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 year as an Outsource Delinquency Processor II.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Access.
• Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities

• Procures tax amount data from taxing agency jurisdictions via telephone, e-mail, and fax.
• Interprets tax data and statuses for payment processing and delinquency research.
• Balances disbursements and completes tax processing reports within SLA.
• Trains on all aspects of Delinquency Processing and ensures quality scores.
