Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as an Outsource Delinquency Processor II.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Access.
• Data Entry/Customer Service experience

Responsibilities

• Procures tax amount data from taxing agency jurisdictions via phone, email, and fax.
• Interprets tax data and statuses for payment processing.
• Researches delinquencies from annual delinquency searches and other searches.
• Follows agency guidelines and special processing instructions.
• Builds Tax Lines as needed using the TED table.
• Validates lender payees prior to disbursements.
• Completes Tax Processing Reports prior to ELD.
• Balances all disbursements and submits daily payment backs.
• Trains on all aspects of Delinquency Processing.
