Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Team Lead, Technical Support for a fully remote position in the United States. The role guides Specialists, delivers coaching, and escalates complex client issues to ensure service excellence.

You’ll partner with the Manager to improve processes, train staff on new product features, and drive customer satisfaction while balancing performance and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Two years or more of payroll and HCM systems experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience with wage garnishments and related compliance processes preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in Excel with data import and table formatting; strong Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach a team of Specialists to deliver high-quality service.
• Facilitate trainings, conduct 1:1s and team huddles for performance development.
• As SME, serve as first-level escalation for complex client issues.
• Coordinate with Manager to address client issues promptly and effectively.
• Analyze reports to identify training and process improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with L&D, Product and Tech on training for new features.
