Job summary

Exponential Power is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to drive offshore market sales and support for our Industrial & Stationary business unit. The role focuses on the Gulf of Mexico, coordinating with distributors and customers to grow orders and optimize margins.

You will provide technical sales support, assist in quotes, and help expand our presence in utility and industrial sectors. This position requires field time and office collaboration to meet targets and deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years sales experience selling into the offshore market (GOM) or similar.
• Experience in Utility/Industrial markets and heavy industries is a plus.
• Ability to manage long sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead all sales activities within a defined region and key accounts.
• Grow orders, sales and profitability in existing accounts.
• Identify and pursue new customers to drive growth.
• Provide technical sales support and training at target accounts.
• Prepare quotes with engineering team to ensure margins.
• Maintain a sales funnel to meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
