Job summary

AMOT Controls is seeking an outside sales professional to expand our market presence in targeted industries including offshore, oil & gas, and power generation. You will identify new customers, present AMOT solutions, and manage opportunities from initial contact to closure.

You will develop relationships with engineers, purchasing, and project teams, conduct site visits, and represent AMOT at industry events to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a accredited college or university.
• 2 to 5 years in sales, technical sales, or related field.
• Strong desire to develop outside technical sales and account management.
• Ability to learn engineered products and industrial applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and develop new customers and sales opportunities.
• Develop relationships with end users, packagers, integrators, and service companies.
• Schedule meetings to introduce AMOT products and value propositions.
• Conduct customer meetings, virtual calls, and site visits.
• Maintain CRM records and manage opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Travel to customer facilities and industry events to grow opportunities.
