Job summary

IQ Fiber in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an Account Executive to drive SMB services revenue by adding new monthly recurring revenue within IQ Fiber's network footprint. You will prospect, build relationships, and close deals with business customers.

This self-directed sales role requires high activity, strong pipeline discipline, and the ability to articulate IQ Fiber's value proposition across the discovery-to-close process. Travel and evenings may be required to meet prospects and attend events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 5+ years outside sales experience in broadband or telecommunications.
• Proficiency with CRM and sales tools and general computer proficiency.
• Willingness to travel and work evenings or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets by adding new SMB MRR within IQ Fiber's footprint.
• Maintain high prospecting activity through door-to-door outreach, calls, events.
• Develop and manage a robust pipeline with proper qualification and forecasting.
• Communicate the value of IQ Fiber's services to business customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure sales support and execution.
• Provide regular reports on activity, pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
