• Proven ability to train and lead a service-focused team.
• Strong commitment to member and guest experiences.
• Solid understanding of golf cart fleet maintenance and practice facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule 15-20 outside services staff; recruit and train.
• Oversee guest services from arrival to departure with high service levels.
• Maintain golf cart fleet, equipment, and course support facilities.
• Manage daily prep and breakdown of driving range and practice areas.
• Assist with tournament setup, events, and coordination with shop and agronomy.
• Oversee inventory, uniforms, and supplies for outside services.
• Develop and train SOPs; continuously improve operating processes.
